In the end of November there was a warm autumn day at the Aikwood Tower to the southwest of the town of Selkirk in the heart of the Scottish Borders. If you walk trough the curvy alley of huge old trees on the way to the tower, you could feel the musty smell of fallen leaves and earthy freshness. It was not an ordinary day, but Tara and Oliver’s Scottish wedding with Persian infusion of honey tasting. The tradition is that after the couple is married, they dip their pinkies into the honey and feed honey to each other. Symbolically, it represents sweetness of the situation and a sweet life together as a husband and wife.
Tara and Oliver. Happy, brave, witty, sweet & in love. Somehow I just know they will be happy together forever! ❤️❤️❤️
