How are you lovely people in mid November? It was not too bad with the weather lately despite the rains, but eventually the days getting shorter, colder and even more rainier as we are advancing Christmas season (hopefully snowy in NL). And even November is a pretty unspectacular month in many respects with wet cold dark days and not much sunshine. Nonetheless these two gorgeous Londoners made plans to elope on one chilly November day in Amsterdam after 17 years being together. Luckily I could witness how Rachel and Peter rocked their wedding, and officially made it one of the most fabulous November days ever! And lovely people from cafe Heuvel @cafeheuvelprinsengracht gave us all a chance to warm up just at the right moment. Thanks guys and many congrats to Mr and Mrs!🫶🏻🫶🏻

The rain has started in the middle of October and

The rain has started in the middle of October and it is raining still. Even it sounds like Moominland, it is not. It is just South Holland. Cycling under the rain or getting soaking wet it is quite normal here, and deep deep down not all the lovely couples are prepared for such an experience on their wedding day. But if you are born Dutch and live in New Zealand, it means you are one of a kind. And Claudia was walking and dancing easily in her wedding dress on the high heals over the wet cobblestones of Leiden and the green grass of Duivenvoorde Kasteel. And hey, we all know the rain brings much luck! So it was a super lucky day for her and her New Zealand’s husband Ethan, and accompanied by their son, they had much fun on the wet and cloudy but super happy day last Friday! The ceremony was at the Duivenvoorde Kasteel, and year it was super emotional and I was crying with all the guests. The party started later at the local pub in Leiden, De Vergulde Kruik, and the band was smoking hot as well as the couples first dance! 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Jorinde and Jasper got married on Midsummer’s Ev

Jorinde and Jasper got married on Midsummer’s Eve. There were no washing a face in the river or jumping over bonfire with the person you were sweet on, but still it was a magical wedding at #tuinvandesmid in Leiden. It was a day full of happy tears, giggles and so much love!

If one ever lived in Edinburgh, one would always be connected to this magnificent city of sandstone build on ancient volcanic rocks. It makes it’s imprint on one’s soul. And yes, it goes as deep in mine too. And certainly Alex could not escape it’s powers of attraction even in beautiful Munich, and has planned along with Nico their perfect wedding celebration at the Riddle’s Court on Royal Mile. It was such a great day with a good crowd of guest, delicious meal, and the dance floor was never empty. Congrats to the happy couple and their cutest baby daughter Romy!💓💓💓
